Painted inside with anti rusting paint and placed a mat which resist the entering of water to the platform and after that i placed another mat...just take a look at the photos, it will tell better than me...

TyRe UpGrAdE to 235/65R16

Changed old tyre 6.00x16 to 235/65R16...Exchanged the old tyre and got 2 Bridgestone Dueler tyres and 3 JK Elanzo tyres...
        Personally i dont feel any change or difficulties with the increase in tyre size...I feel more comfort,more grip and overall its awesome...here's the pics...

Gear Box UpgrAdE FroM 4 SpEeD to 6 SpEeD

Atlast i decided to upgrade my gear box from 4 speed (3+1) to 6 speed (5+1). since my gear box is too old and the gear is slipping. i went near Maniyettan,senior mechanic. He adviced me to exchange my old gear box with tata sumo gear box. i went near to the famous scrap dealer in thrissur named Sunnyettan. He got acres of land containing scrap. Its really owesome place. All vehicle parts is available there.

I went to buy the gear box with my friend Saril. Bought it and gave it to Maniyettan.
